Gumroad

We use Gumroad for all sales across Bear Studios, and thus anything related to sales needs to be directed to Gumroad for help. You can use all of the following links to get the help you need. I highly recommend that you create an account with Gumroad as this helps find your purchases, license information, and allows you to do quick purchases.

Getting gumroad direct support

Gumroad can also be contacted directly over at support@gumroad.com. They are extremely helpful and normally reply extremely quickly. Learn more here

Licensing

Product downloads

After you have made your purchase via Gumroad you will be able to download the product straight from the site. You should off also received an email shortly after with your product download link. Incase you didn't download it from the site, you can also optionally create an account with Gumroad to have access to all your downloads at any time. ( I highly recommend creating an account ). License keys

Your license key will be shown once you purchase a product. You will also receive an email containing your license key. You can also create an account with Gumroad to access this information at any time. ( I highly recommend creating an account ).

Trial versions

All products come with a limited trial period. To activate the trial, simply download the product via one of the product pages by clicking “trial” and then enter “trial” when the script asks you for a license.

Sales

Payments

All payments are processed via Gumroad, and in the rare chance, your payment type is not accepted. Please reach out to support@bearstudios.co.uk with your email and name and we will provide help with your payment.

Payment issues & problems

Unfortunately, all payment issues are handled directly by Gumroad and I don't have much access to individual payment info. Reach out to support@gumroad.com. Learn more here

VAT refunds

VAT refunds can be sorted via Gumroad. Learn more here

Refunds

Our refund policy is simple. If you didn’t like it, return it. You have 14 days from the day of purchase to return a product. Just send an email to support@bearstudios.co.uk with your email, and name, with a small description on why you want to cancel and we will get it processed for you.
