About Bear Studios
I’m Sam Kim, the Technical Director and Motion Designer behind Bear Studios. For 15 years I’ve built motion for DOOH, social, and TV while leading teams and engineering the tools that power them. My niche is equal parts creative and code. I design the concept, craft the animation, and build the pipeline so the work looks sharp and the workflow stays fast. From studio standards to on-brand automation, I keep partners ahead of the curve with systems that scale.
Day to day that means breath taking motion design for TV, Social, OLV and more, toolkits, data-driven pipelines, and automated rendering that turn one idea into hundreds of precise deliverables across sizes and markets. I create clear, repeatable processes using AI assisted workflows and robust naming, versioning, and review loops. The result is less manual effort, more consistency, and more time for the good stuff.
